WHEREAS Our Redeemer Lutheran Church is the owner of Our Redeemer Lutheran
Church Site, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church Site addition as
recorded in Volume 11, Page 40, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being an iron
rod at the intersection of the South Line of Johnson Road and the East line of Cypress
Avenue,
THENCE S 89° 43' E with the South line of Johnson Road a distance of 976.0 feet to an
iron rod in the West line of Raider Drive for the Northeast corner of this tract,
THENCE S 00° 30' E with the West line of Raider Drive a distance of 443.0 feet to an
iron rod at the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 157 0 feet and a central
angle of 73° 48';
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said curve to the right and West line of Raider
Drive an arc distance of 202.3 feet to an iron rod at end of curve;
THENCE S 73° 18' W a distance of 70.0 feet to a hole in concrete at beginning of a curve
to the left having a radius of 425.2 feet and a central angle of 240 19"
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction with said curve to the left and the West line of
Raider Drive an arc distance of 180.4 feet to an iron rod at end of curve,
THENCE S 480 59' W a distance of 132.6 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Cypress
Avenue for the South Corner of this tract,
THENCE N 40° 40' W with the East line of Cypress Avenue a distance of 596.0 feet to
an iron rod at the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 673.6 feet and a
central angle of 320 21' 23",
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with said curve to the right and East line of Cypress
Avenue an arc distance of 380 4 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 12.21
acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use
of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed
