Beginning at the point of Intersection of the East right-of-way line
of Burkbu rnett Road (State Highway No. 240) and the South right-of-way line
of Randy Drive, said point bears South 240 05' last 534B.82 feet from the
Northwest corner of said M. Carbajal Survey, A-t4, for the Northwest corner
and place of beginning of this description:
Thence North 660 24' East 574.64 feet along said South right-of-way
