Beginning at a point in the East rifht—of—way line of a public road (Old Wichita Falls to

District, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas se id point also bears South 4153.92 feet
and East 467.72 feet from the Northwest corner of the said M. Carbajal Survey;
Thence South 180 16' East 385.36 fast along the East right—of—way line of a public road to
a point for the Southwest corner of this tract, said point also being the Northwest corner of the
American Petrofina Corp. tract as recorded in Vol. 701, Page 592, Wichita County Deed Records;
Thence South 890 51' East 1287.17 feet to a point In the West right—of—way line of State
Highway No. 240 for the Southeast cornerof this tract, said point also being the Northeast
