Volume 3472, Page 742, Official Public Records of Wichita County, and more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of Block 3, Arrowhead Industrial
District, Unit Two, as recorded in Volume 13, Pages 32-33, Wichita County Plat Records, said
iron rod being in the West right-of-way line of Burkburnett Road, a dedicated street, for the
Southeast corner and place of beginning of this tract;
THENCE S 71' 50' 59" W, generally with a fence line, a distance of 450.75 feet to an iron
rod found in the West line of a certain 24 foot wide utility easement for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 20' 15' 34" W along said west line the 24 foot wide utility easement, a distance
of 585.06 feet to an iron rod found in the South line of Block 1, Arrowhead Industrial
District, Unit Two, as recorded in Volume 13, Pages 16-17, Wichita County Plat Records, for
the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 81' 26' 40" E with said South line of Block 1, Arrowhead Industrial District, Unit
Two, a distance of 427.42 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of Block 1, said
iron rod being in the West right-of-way line of Burkburnett Road, for the Northeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 23' 48' 22" E with the West right-of-way line of Burkburnett Road a distance of
515.93 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 5.47 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
