of land situated in the A. Dunlavey Survey, Abstract 60, Wichita County,
Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the East line of Sheppard Access Road,
N. 13--21' W, 1566.0 feet from the point of intersection of the
said East line of Sheppard Access Road with the South line of
the A. Dunlavey Survey, Abstract 60, Wichita County, Texas;
THENCE N. 13°-21' W, with the East line of said Sheppard Access
Road, 993.7 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 890-08' E, 1237.5 feet to a point on the West R.O.W.
line of the W. F. & N. W. R.R. ;
THENCE S. 17°-39' E, with the said West R.R. R.O.W. line, 943.5 feet
to a point;
THENCE S. 86°-11' W, 1297.0 feet to the place of beginning and
containing 27.418 acres.
Now therefore, know all men by these presents that We, C. L. Davis
and J. L. Ray do hereby adopt this plat designating the above described
property as the Davis -Ray Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas.
