BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Satellite Subdivision, according to plat of record
at Volume 11, Page 27, Wichita County Plat ,Records, said iron rod also being in the South Right-of-way line
of Southwest Parkway;
TFIGNCE N 89`22' W, with the South Right-of-way line of Southwest Parkway, 118.4 feet to an iron rod, the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S o0'04' 11 F30.5 feet to an iron rod, the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 86`17' E 199.8 feet to a one inch pipe, the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00`04' E 491.2 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Satellite Subdivision, the most.
Easterly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89'22' W with the South line of said Lot 1, 81.0 feet to an iron rod, the Southwest corner of Lot 1
and an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00`04' E with the West line of said Lot 1; 150.0-feet to the place of heginnino and containing 2.63
acres -of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person
or throunh a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, grater courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shoran for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
