Ordinance Reappointing Mike Whalen And Diane Dockery As
Substitute Judges Of The Municipal Court For Terms Of Two Years
WHEREAS, Mike Whalen and Diane Dockery were reappointed as substitute
judges of the Municipal Court by Ordinance No. 50 -2010, for two -year terms expiring
October 1, 2012;
WHEREAS, Mike Whalen and Diane Dockery have agreed to serve additional
two -year terms as substitute Municipal Court Judges, to act in the place and stead of
the Municipal Judge during any period in which he is temporarily unable to act for any
reason.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
1. Mike Whalen is hereby re- appointed as a substitute judge of the Municipal
Court for a term of two years from October 1, 2012.
2. Diane Dockery is hereby re- appointed as a substitute judge of the Municipal
Court for a term of two years from October 1, 2012.
