Dear Mr. Robinson:
At the regular meeting of the Planning Board held September 16, 1964 , the followir
action was taken concerning your final plat., of ROBIN30N DENTAL CLINIC.
* This plat was presented by Mr. Burton, Contractor for the Construction of Robinson
Dental Clinic.
• Motion was made to approve this final plat subject to the following conditions and
subject to Mr. Robinson's appearance at the next Planning Board Meeting to be held
October 14, 1964•
(a) The thirty-five (35) foot vacancy between developed areas ie explained
to the Board.
(b) A master plan on the remainder of the property developed.
(c) The R.O.W. of U. a'. Highway No. 281 and 277 should be shown on the plat;
Motion was'seconded and carried unanimously.
Iff revisions are required by the Board action, I will need a revised sepia and two
(2) blue or black line prints of the revised plat for approval signatures from the
Chairman and Secretary of the Board. When no revisions are required, I will have
copies already in my office signed and ready for you to record. Approval of your
plat expires If you do not record this plat with
County Clerk on or before that date, you will need reapproval from the Planning P
before recording.

At the regular meeting of the Planning Board held August 15, 1964, the following
action was taken concerning your final plat of ROBIN30N DENTAL CLINIC PROPERTY.
There was no representative present for this plat which would require some dis-
cussion.
A motion was made to postpone this plat until a representative can be present.
Notion was seconded and carried unanimously.
*** The next Planning Board Meeting will be held September 16, 1964.
I£ revisions are required by the Board action, I will need a revised sepia and two
(2) blue or black line prints of the revised plat for approval signatures from the
