to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas as recorded in Volume 27, Page 54, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being in
the East right—of—way line of Latrlela Lane, a dedicated street, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 01' 23' 18" E along the said East right—of—way line of Latricia Lane, 150.00 feet to an iron rod found at the
Southwest corner of Lot 7A, Block 2, Twin Oaks —Two, Section 1 for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 88' 45' 51" E along the South line of sold Lot 7A, a distance of 101.93 feet to an iron rod found at the
Southeast corner of sold Lot 7A, Block 2, and for the Northeast corner of this tract, said rod lies in the West right—of—
way line of Armory Rood, a dedicated street;
THENCE S 00' 48' 39" W along the said West line of Armory Road, a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron rod found at the
Northeast corner of the above said Lot 2A, Block 2 for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 88' 45' 51" W along the North line of sold Lot 2A, a distance of 103.44 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.354 acre ( 15,402 square feet ) of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed thereon and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
