15, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being an iron rod in the North Line of Twin Oaks Street, West 394.98
feet from the intersection of the West line of Alpine Drive and the North line of Twin Oaks Street,
THENCE West with the North line of Twin Oaks Street a distance of 179.75 feet to an iron rod;
Thence N 45' 00' W 50.1 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 60.0 feet and a central
angle of 135' 001;
THENCE Westerly along said curve to the left an arc distance of 141.37 feet to end of curve;
THENCE South a distance of 53.0 feet to an iron rod at the most Southerly Southeast corner of Tract 5, said point
being in the North line of Lot 1-A, Galaxy Subdivision and in the South line of Twin Oaks Street;
THENCE West with the South line of Tract 5 a distance of 197.73 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Tract
5;
Thence North with the West line of Tract 5 a distance of 220.8 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot
1, Block 19, Dittos Heights;
THENCE Easterly with the North line of Tract 5 as follows: N 45' 54' E 119.7 feet; N 87' 09' E 100.05 feet; East
165.0 feet; N 73' 00' E 160.0 feet; and S 76' 17' E 12.08 feet to the Northeast corner of Tract 5:
THENCE S 00' 03, 30- W with the East line of Tract 5 a distance of 293.0 feet to the Place of beginning and
containing 3.10 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever,
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
