and bounds as follows: a as follows as as
Beginning at a point in the occupied North line of Hatton Road, said point bears
North 790 23' 14" West 201.62 feet from the Southeast corner of the aforementioned Block 4,
Kemp 6 Newby Subdivision, for the place of beginning of the herein described tract;
Thence along the above said North right-of-way line of Hatton Road as follows:
South 880 51' West 128.55 feet to a point; South 010 09' West 2.50 feet to a point;
North 890 18' West 361.75 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said North right -of -way line of He tton Road, North 010 05' East
333.30 feet along the East line of Twin Oaks Park, Section 1, an addition to the City of Wichita
Fells, Texas, to a point for the Northwest corner of this tract, and being the Southeast corner
