South right—of—way line of Wendy Ridge, a dedicated street;
THENCE N 88' 48' W along the said South line of Wendy Ridge, a distance of 100.00 feet to an iron rod set at the
Northwest corner of said Lot 9, Block 3, and for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving said South right—of—way line of Wendy Ridge, S 01' 11' W a distance of 470.02 feet to an iron rod set

THENCE S 88' 52' E along the above said North right—of—way line of Oakhurst Drive a distance of 98.35 feet to the
