THENCE N 010 14' 09" E with the West line of Lot 12-A a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest
corner of Lot 12-A, and in the South line of Oakhurst Drive;
THENCE S 880 45' 51" E with the South line of Oakhurst Drive a distance of 91.68 feet to an iron rod at the
Northeast corner of Lot 12-A;
THENCE S 000 48' 49" W with the West line of Armory road a distance of 100.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.211 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereon and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
