THENCE N 010 14' 09" E with the West line of Lot 9 a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest
comer of Lot 9 and in the South line of Oakhurst Drive;
THENCE S 88" 45' 51" E with the South line of Oakhurst Drive a distance of 271.68 feet to an iron rod at the
Northeast comer of Lot 13;
THENCE S 00° 48' 49" W with the West line of Armory road a distance of IOO.Ofeet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.625 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereon and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the Dublic forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
