County, Texas, described as follows:
BE.;INNING at a point on the East line of Fairway Road and being 121.0 feet
South and 30.0 feet East of the Northwest corner of Block 27, Denton County

THENCE N. 450-00' E, 141.1 feet to a point on the South line of F.M. )wy. #369;
