BEGINNING at a point 50.0 feet West and 103.8 feet North of the Southeast corner of Block 198, Highland Addition, said
point also being the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 8, Burlington Call Field Industrial Addition as recorded in
Volume 13, Page 42, Wichita County Deed Records, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE North 333.6 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction, parallel to and 23 feet from the center of a railroad spur tract and with a
circular curve of a radius 451.5 feet for an arc length of 331.0 feet to end of said curve;
THENCE West parallel to and 23 feet from said Railroad Spur, 787.93 feet to a point in the East Right-of-way line
of Lawrence Road, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00°35' 11 with the East Right-of-way of Lawrence Road, 215.0 feet to the North Right-of-way line Keith
Street, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East with the North Pight-of-way line of Keith Street, 1092.4 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing
5.70 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
expressed.
