particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake in the South R.O.W. of Tarry Street and 205.0 feet East of
the East R.O.W. of Lawrence Road;
THENCE East 400.0 feet with the South R.O.W. of Tarry Street to an iron stake;
THENCE South 297.15 feet to an iron stake;
THENCE West 400.0 feet to an iron stake;
THENCE North 297.15 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.7286 acres of land.
