Whereas Fort Worth and Denver Railway Co., P. 0. Box 943, Fort Worth, Texas, is the
owner of a certain tract situated in the Day Land and Cattle Co. Survey, A-619, Wichita
Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and being in the Burlington Call Field Industrial District,
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the concrete curb on the East R.O.W. of Lawrence Road at a
point N.UO°-23'E. 210 feet from the North R.O.W. of Call Field Road;
THENCE N.00°-23'E. 246.4 feet along the East R.O.W. of Lawrence Road to a point;
THENCE S.89'-43'E. at 0.5 feet pass an iron rod in the back of concrete curb, and con-
tinue for a total distance of 287.7 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S.000-23'W. 246.4 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N.890-43'W. at 287.2 feet pass an iron rod in the back of concrete curb, and con-
tinue for a total distance of 287.7 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.627
acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public for-
ever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements, and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
