Industrial District, as shown on plot recorded in Volume 27, Page 686, Wichita County Plat
Records for on ell comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 35' E along the East line of said Lot 1-C, a distance of 267.20 feet to an
iron rod found at the Northeast comer of said Lot 1-C for the most Northerly Northwest
corner of this tract, said rod being in the South line of Gregory Street;
THENCE S 89. 55' E with the said South line of Gregory Street, a distance of 251.79 feet
to a nail found at the Northeast comer of the above said Lot 1-E, for the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving said South line of Gregory Street, S 00' 03' W a distance of 501.84 feet to
an iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1-E in the North line of Tarry Street;
THENCE West with the North line of Tarry Street, a distance of 754.30 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 5.628 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
