BEGINNING at a highway monument lying in a curve in the South right—of—way line of Kell Boulevard,
said point bears S 07'43'40" E 448.81 feet from the Northwest corner of said Block 12, Denton
County School Lands, League 1, said highway monument being the Northwest corner and place of
beginning of this description;
THENCE along said South right—of—way line of Kell Boulevard, and along a .490' curve to the left
having a radius of 11,684.16 feet and a central angle of 00' 18' 50", a total arc distance of 64.06
feet to a 2 inch iron pipe found for the most Northerly Northeast corner of this tract;
