of 267.0 feet to an iron rod found at the intersection of the East line of Lawrence Road and the
South line of Gregory Street for the northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 48' E with the South line of Gregory Street a distance of 750 0 feet to an iron
found in the East line of Block 6 for the Northeast line of this tract;
THENCE S 00° 05' W with the East line of Block 6 a distance of 267.0 feet to an iron rod found
at the Northeast corner of Lot 2-B, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 48' W with the North line of Lots 2-B and 2-A, a distance of 752.37 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.6 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereos shown or the purposes
and consideration therein expressed.
