Whereas, the Fort Worth and Denver Railway Company, a corporation, is
the owner of a certain tract of land situated in the Annie E. Cummings Survey,
described as follows:
BEGITTNING at a point in the East line of Lawrence Road 731.6 feet
North and 1142.63 feet West from the Southeast corner of said Annie
E. Cummings Survey;

to a point;
