owner of a certain tract of land situated in the Annie E. Cummings Survey, described

BEGINNING at a point in the East line of Lawrence Road, which said point
is 1352.65 feet North and 1136.31 feet West from the Southeast corner of
Annie E. Cummings Survey, Abst, 6100 Wichita County, Texas:

to a point;
