N Whereas R. F. Gilchrist and Vinson Trust, J. C. Mann Jr., Trustee
are the Owners of a certain tract of land situated in Block 48, Cherokee
County School Land, Abstract 33, Wichita County, Texas, described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of a drainage ditch,
N. 88`-55' E, 300.0 feet and South, 580.0 feet from the North-
west corner of Block 48, Cherokee County School Land, Abst. 33,
Wichita County, Texas, said point being the Southeast corner of
a tract owned by Tom Harwell;
THENCE N. 010-05' W, with the East line of said Harwell tract,
267.0 feet to a point on the South R.O.W. line of State Highway
Loop No. 165, said point being on a curve to the right with a
radius of 1213.3 feet and a tangent at this point bearing
S. 56'-48' El -
THENCE along said curve and said South R.O.W. line an arc distance
of 65.0 feet to a point of tangency;
THENCE S. 53'-44' E, continue with said South R.O.W. line, 375.4 feet
to the point of intersection of said South R.O.W. line with the North
line of said drainage ditch;
THENCE S. 880-55' W, with the North line of said drainage ditch,
350.8 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.078 acres.
\ Now therefore know all men by these presents that we, R. F. Gilchrist
and J. C. Mann Jr. do hereby adopt this plat designating the hereinabove
property as Vega Subdivision an Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas.
