Field notes, owners acknowledgement and approval of the Planning Board should be typed on the plat, signed by the proper person or persons. Attached are the proper forms of the owners acknowledgement and approval of the Planning Board which should be typed or lettered on the final plat. Indication of a final plat should also be placed on the plat. :Six (6) blue line print, and a sepia of the final plat are needed by this office for submission to the Planning Board as well as all development plans of the tract. These development plans should include drainage plans, curb, gutter and paving plans, sewer plans and water plans. The next Planning Board meeting will be held March 11, 1964, and all plans and plats should be submitted by Wednesday, March 4, 1964 if you wish this plat to be given final approval at this meeting.
