COUNTY OF' WICHITA:
Whereas I, Walter T. Hyde am the owner of a certain
tract of land situated in the JOHN A. SCOTT SURVEY NO. 189
Abst. No. 300, Wichita County, Texas, more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North line of Fifth Street 130.0
feet East of the Southeast corner of the Morgan 21,3 acre
tract which 21.3 acre tract is described in deed recorded in
Vol, ;1, PageOi72, Deed Records of Wichita County, said point
being the Southeast corner of a tract owned by J. M. Brand,
said point being also 1210.0 feet Fast of the West line of the
JOHN A. SCOTT SURVEY NO. 18, a fence corner for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE East with the North line of Fifth Street 100.0 feet
to a fence corner for the Southwest corner of the Fdwin D.
Baggett tract described in deed recorded in Vol. 525, Page 11,
Deed Records, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00.25'E with the West, line of said Aagvett tract
428.4 feet to a fence corner for the Northwest corner of
said Baggett tract and the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89.051W with a fence 99.5 feet to a fence corner
for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00°291W with a fence 430.0 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 0.982 acres of land.
Now there know all men by these presents that
I, Walter T. Hyde, do hereby adopt this plat designating
the hereinabove described tract as the WALTER T. HYDE
ADDITION to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas.
