You misunderstood. I did not originally intend to ask the plat to be withdrawn, but only to be brought down
to the regular agenda for an individual and open discussion/vote.
However, I have just spoken with Mike Shallenberger and he feels that the request for the stated amount of
right-of-way is excessive, not warranted by any actual, planned (as opposed to conceptual) street
development, and materially harms the value of the property. So now we do ask that the plat for Faith
Village, Unit I, Lots 24 & 25, Block 16 be withdrawn from consideration.
