ing sewer line;

THENCE S 720 05' E 257.35 feet to iron rod in West line Russell Ford 1.533
acre tract;
THENCE with boundary of Ford tract as follows: N 110 30' W 20.0 feet to
beginning of curve to the right with radius of 170 feet and central angle of
590 40'; Thence following said curve for 117.03 feet to iron rod at end of
said curve and beginning of curve to the right with a radius of 113 feet and
a central angle of 450 50'; Thence following said curve for 90.4 feet to iron
rod at end of curve; Thence S 860 00' E 33.0 feet to iron rod at beginning of
curve to the left with a radius of 60 feet and a central angle of 30°; Thence
following said curve for 31.42 feet to iron rod; Thence S 350 00' E 208.0 feet
to iron rod at Southeast corner of Ford tract and North corner of Lot 13,

THENCE with West line of Section 4, N 220 14' E 239.05 feet to Southwest
corner of Section 1, Willow Brook Addition;
THENCE with West line of Section 1 as follows: N 340 14' W 207.8 feet and
N 09° 30' W 225.0 feet to Southwest corner of Section 3, Willow Brook
Addition;
THENCE with West line of Section 3, N 010 561 W 187.8 feet, N 290 58' E
57.75 feet and N 000 03' E 150.0 feet to the place of beginning, and con-
taining 9.54 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates
to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and con-
siderations therein expressed.
