the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, according to the plat of record in Volume 12, Page 57, Plat Records
of Wichita County, Texas, for the East corner of this tract;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction following a curve to the right with a radius of 1405.6 feet for a
distance of 50.1 feet to the end of said curve;
THENCE in a Southwesterly direction following a curve to the left with a radius of 50.0 feet for a
distance of 36.4 feet to an iron rod for the South corner of this tract;
THENCE N 750 45' W 60.0 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE N 600 55' W 130.0 feet to an iron rod for the West corner of this tract;
THENCE N 300 44' E 51.3 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE S 890 55' E 84.5 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE N 3T0 001 E 60.0 feet to an iron rod for the North corner of this tract and a corner o1 Lot 24;
THENCE S 370 29' E 140.0 feet to the place of beginning.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
