Record at Volume 24, Page 270, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the East Right -of -Way line
of Maplewood Avenue;
THENCE with the South line of said Lot 3 as follows: S 89° 58' E, 226.1 feet and S 790 181 E, 88.7 feet
to a point, its Southeast corner, said point being in the Southwest corner of Lot 14, Block 3, Willowbrook
Addition, Section 5;
THENCE with the South line of said Lot 141 S 720 05' E, at 160.9 feet passing the Southeast corner of
said Lot 14, continuing S 720 05' E, in all, a distance of 206.8 feet to a point;
THENCE S 11° 301 E, 100.0 feet to a point, its Southwest corner, said point being the Northwest corner of
Lot 24, Block 2, Willowbrook Addition, Section 4;
THEME N 880 401 W, 260.7 feet to a point in the West line of an 80.0 foot wide drainage easement;
THENCE N 890 58' W, 269.5 feet to a point in the East Right -of -Way line of Maplewood Avenue, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the East Right -of -Way line of Maplewood Avenue, N 00° 021 E, 172.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 1.817 acre (79,162 square feet) of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
