(5) five acre tract deeded oy G.W. Anderson to A.O. Grantham Oct. 25, 1920, and recorded
in Volume 174 Page 377 of the Wichita County Deed Records;
Beginning at a 318" inch iron rod in the occupied South line of 26th Street, said rod
also bears South 730 07' East 301.0 feet and South 140 20' West (..5 feet from the Northwest
corner of the aboveo mentioned five acre tract;
Thence South 730 07' East with the occupied South line of 26th Street 243.1 feet to a
fence corner post;
Thence South 140 19' West 202.1 feet to a 1" inch iron bolt in the occupied North line
of an irrigation canal;
Thence North A70 30' West with said North line of irrigation canal 244.8 feet to a 3/8"
iron rod in a fence;
Thence North 140 20' East with a fence 177.2 feet to the place of beginning;
