Whereas American Radiator Standard Sanitary Corporation, a corporation, is
the Owner of a certain tract of land situated in the Day Land and Cattle Co. Survey
No. 1, Abstract 613, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East line of Annie E. Cummins Survey, Abstract 610,
extended, 1020.0 feet South of its Southeast corner and 170.3 feet North of
the Southwest corner of Cyrus Eakman Survey, Wichita County, Texas, more part-
icularly described as follows;
THENCE N. 610-20' W. 284.4 feet to a point;
THENCE S. 280-40' W. 193.9 feet to a point in the North line of Call Fld. Road;
THENCE N. 800-02' W. 175.0 feet to the beginning point of this tract of land;
THENCE continuing N. 80°-02' W. along said North line of Call Fld. Road, 200 ft.;
THENCE N. 80-58' E. 288.34 feet;
THENCE S. 890-43' E. 207.41 feet;
THENCE 8, 9'-58' W. 322.31 feet to the point of beginning, comprising an area
of 61,065 square feet (1.4019 acres) more or less.
Now therefore know all men by these presents that American Radiator Standard
Sanitary Corporation does hereby adopt this plat designating the hereinabove described
property as Amstan Supply Tract, an Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas:
