A 0.415 Acre tract of land out of the J. Wheeler Survey A-377 Wichita County,
Texas and further "scribed by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point in the Nofth right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 82-277
which bears North 1295.0 feet and North 890 34. West 572.9 feet from the Southeast
corner of the above mentioned J Wheeler Survey; Thence North 000 26' East 83.0 feet
to an iron rod; Thence North 890 311' West 218.0 feet to and Iron rod; Thence South
000 26' West 83.0 feet to an Iron rod in the North right-of-way line of U.S. Highway
82-277; Thence South 890 34 East with said North right -of way line 218.0 feet to the
place of beginninJ and containing 0.415 acres more or less;
That I, Al C. Flack, do hereby accept this plat, designating the herein above descr-boa property as Shady Park
