All department heads have inspected this plat and approval is recommended
subject to execution of agreement guaranteeing street paying, curb and gutter
and sidewalk.

WHEREAS, Texaco Inc. is in the process of purchasing Lot One,
Block Twenty -Seven, Sikes Lakeside Estates, an addition to the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas, which lot abuts on Maplewood Avenue, which
avenue has not been opened on the ground.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, for and in
consideration of one dollar ($1.00) and other consideration to it
in hand paid, Texaco Inc., acting by and through Jack M. Sharpe,
its Assistant Division Sales Manager, hereby agrees that it will
pay up to Nineteen Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($1950.00) for install-
ing sidewalk, curb and gutter, and the paving on the west half of
that part of Maplewood Avenue which abuts said Lot One, Block Twenty -
Seven, Sikes Lakeside Estates, at such time as requested by the City
of Wichita Falls.
WHEREFORE, Texaco Inc. has caused these presents to be executed

Dear Mr. Wolf:
At the regular meeting of the Planning Board held July 15, 1964 , the following
action was taken concerning your final plat of Lots 1 & 2, Block 29, Sikes Lakeside
Estates.
Motion was made to approve this plat subject to the following condition.
1. That if an existing twelve (12) inch water line is located within the
boundaries of this plat, that it be shown, and an easement dedicated
in accordance with the water location as specified by the Water Department.
Motion was seconded and carried unanimously.
** The Water Department located the line which is 4.6' east of the east property
line. This will place the line in the street, so you won't need to show an
easement.
If revisions are required by the Board action, I will need a revised sepia and two
(2) blue or black line prints of the revised plat for approval signatures from the
Chairman and Secretary of the Board. When, no revisions are required, I will have
copies already in my office signed and ready for you to record. Approval of your
plat expires August 11,, 1964 If you do not record this plat with
the County Clerk on or before that date, you will need reapproval from the Plann-
ing Board before recording.

Gentlemen:
This letter is written to confirm my remarks made at
the regular meeting of the Planning Board, October 16,
1963.
As Mr. Goodman's representative, I stated that if and
when the street east and north of Lot 1, Block 11,
Sikes Lakeside Estates was dedicated, we would apply
to re -plat the property into two lots, and that we
would be willing, at that time, to install sidewalks
on the lot occupied by the nursing home, but that we
would like to delay the installation of the sidewalk
on the other lot until such time as we were able to
develop it. I hereby confirm this commitment.
