Whereas G. & G. Construction Company is the Owner of a certain tract of land
situated in the John A. Scott Survey No. 7, Abstract 295 and the O.H.P. Davis Survey
Abstract 65, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point 997.8 feet North and 1664.8 feet West of the Southwest
corner of the John A. Scott Survey No. 8, Abstract 294, said corner being on
the East line of the John A. Scott Survey No. 7, Abstract 295, Wichita County,
Texas, said beginning point being the point of intersection of the East line of
the City Aqueduct and the North line of F.M. Highway No. 369;
THENCE N. 200-28' E, with the East line of the City Aqueduct, 500.0 feet to a
point;
THENCE S. 80°-07' E, 140.0 feet to a point;
THENCE S. 090-53' W, 28.5 feet to the point of curvature of a curve to the left
with a radius of 537.2 feet and a central angle of 20°-22';
THENCE along said curve an arc distance of 191.0 feet to the point of reverse
curvature, said reverse curve having a radius of 180.6 feet and a central angle
of 30'-57';
THENCE along said curve an arc distance of 97.6 feet to the point of tangency;
THENCE S. 20°-28' W, 183.1 feet to a point on the North line of said F.M. Hwy.
No. 369;
THENCE N. 800-07' W, with the North line of said Hwy. 240.0 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 2.333 acres of land.
Now therefore:know all men by these presents, that I, Jack Goodman, Owner of
G. & G. Construction Co. do adopt this plat designating the herein above des-
cribed property as Lot 1 , Block 11, Sikes Lakeside Estates, an Addition
to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and I hereby dedicate to the Public use
forever the Easements Shown thereon. >(
