APPROVAL FINAL PLAT J. F. HARRISON COMMERCIAL TRACT
Mr. Elmer Parrish, Attorney for J. F. Harrison, was present to discuss this
tract. This tract is a proposed service station site for Thaten Brothers
Construction Company which fronts U. S. Highway Numbers 281 and 277, just
South of the Cardinal Inn.
Motion was made to approve this final plat subject to a fifteen (15) feet
sewer easement.
Motion was seconded and carried unanimously.

Wichita Falls, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and in further
consideration of the benefits to be derived by MS. on account of the
construction, operation and maintenance by the City of Wichita Falls
of said sanitary sewer line through my premises hereinafter des-
cribed, do_ hereby give and grant to the City of Wichita Falls the
right to construct, service and perpetually maintain a sanitary sewer
line, together with all necessary appurtenances and connections
thereto, in, upon and across that certain lot, tract or parcel of
land situated in Wichita County, Texas, described as follows, as -wits
(see rider attached)

1 No. 277 and 281, said rod lying in the ,,ouch line of a 135 acre tract,
being the Guitar and Radford 135 acre tract described in a deed from

P. 395, 'rYchita County DeedRecords; Thence North OS-08 z;ast along the Nast
line of said highway a distance of 488 foot to tkK as * a point in said rast
right of way line; Thence South 81-52 liast a distance of 125 feet to a
ooint; Thence South 03-08 `:lest a distance of 95 feet to the center line
of Via 10 foot wide cant utility easement herein granted, and the place
of beginning of this description; Thence ::south 81-52 :.;ast alon the center
line of said easement a distance of 22.5 feet to the center line of an
existing utility easement (the easement herein granted lies five foot
on each side of the center line, and is on a strip ter, feet wide).

TO HAVE AND TU HOLD said easement perpetually to the City of
Wichita Falls, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns,
together with the right and privilege at any and ell times to enter
said premises, or part thereof, for purposes of constructing, ser-
vicing, maintaining and operatiog said sewer line, appurtenances and
connections; all upon the condition that the City of Wichita Falls,

after doing any work in connection with the construction, mainten-
ance and operation of said sewer line, restore the ground as nearly
as possible to the condition in which it was found before such work

COMMENT:
All department heads have inspected the final plat of the J.F.
Harrison Commercial Tract and it is recommended for approval.
The sewer line is approximately 15 feet east of the tract andan
easement is needed for connection.
