HARRISON COMMERCIAL TRACT Mr. Elmer Parrish, Attorney for J. F. Harrison, was present to discuss this tract. This tract is a proposed service station site for Thaten Brothers Construction Company which fronts U. S. Highway Numbers 281 and 277, just South of the Cardinal Inn. Motion was made to approve this final plat subject to a fifteen (15) feet sewer easement. Motion was seconded and carried unanimously. 19 64 ►i THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF WICHITA THAT 1 J. Y. Harrison Commercial Tract COMMENT: All department heads have inspected the final plat of the J.F. Harrison Commercial Tract and it is recommended for approval. The sewer line is approximately 15 feet east of the tract andan easement is needed for connection.
