Whereas, Wichita FaIla Independent School Districtin the Owner of a
certain tract of land situated in Blocks 20 and 21, Denton County School Land,
League 1, Abstract 58, Wichita County, Texas, more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point 37.5 feet North and 1505.8 feet Wast of the Northeast
corner of Block 21, Denton County School Land, League 1, Abstract 58,
Wichita County, Texas, said point being on the South line of Johnson Road;
THENCE S. 05'-17' W, 1377.7 feet to a point;
THENCE S. 42'-53' W, 160.0 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 47'-07' W, 50.0 feet to a point of curvature to the left with
a radius of 225.0 feet;
THENCE along said curve an arc distance of 353.4 feet to a point of tan-
gency;
THENCE S. 42'-53' W, 30.0 feet to a point of curvature to the right with
a radius of 555.0 feet;
THENCE along said curve an arc distance of 311.6 feet to the point of.
tangency;
THENCE S. 750-03' W, 132.0 feet to a point on a curve to the right with a
radius of 2180 feet and a tangent at this point bearing N. 14'-57' W;
THENCE along said curve an arc distance of 1024.7 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 49'-01, E, 100.0 feet to a point of curvature to the right with
a radius of 395.2 feat;
THENCE along said curve.an arc distance of 167.5 feet to a point of tan-
gency;
THENCE N. 73'-18' E, 148.8 feet to a point of curvature to the left with
a radius of 157.0 feet;
THENCE along said curve an arc distance of 202.4 feet to a point of tan-
gency;
THENCE N. 00'-33' W, 443.0 feet to a point on the South line of Johnson
Road;
THENCE S. 89'-43' E. with the South line of Johnson Road, 994.7 feet to
the place of beginning and containing 37.28 acres of land.
Now, therefore, Know all men by these presents, that I, Floyd L. Randal,
President of the Board of Trustees of the Wichita Falls Independent School
District do hereby adopt his plat designating the hereinabove described
property as S. H. Rider High School Site and do hereby dedicate to the
public use forever the stieets shown thereon.
