SUBJECT: Fowler Elementary School
COMMENT:
The water, sewer and streets on this plat are satisfactory and are
in the process of being constructed. There are some details concern-
ing the plat itself that should be clarified before approval is given
by the Board.
1. Langford Lane was intended to be 65 feet wide with
44 feet of paving.
2. No notation is made on the plat to the effect that
this is a park and school site and that approxi-
mately 5 acres of the school site is to be utilized
for park purposes. Meadowlake and Lake View Manor
Subdivisions assisted in the acquisition of this
site by providing cash contributions toward the
purchase of this land. Therefore it is recommended
that this plat should indicate that it is also for
park purposes.
Approval is recommended subject to the above conditions.
