Whereas R. D. Montgomery, C. B. Fuller, Harold Jones, Louis Bloodworth, and the Housing
Authority of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas are the Owners of a certain tract of land
situated in the J. A. Scoti Survey No. 12, Abstract 296, Wichita County, Texas, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South line of the J. A. Scott Survey No. 12, �.bstracc
296, Wichita County, Texas, said point being 141.3 feet East of the point of
Intersection of the South line of said survey with the East line of Rosewood Ave.;
THENCE N. 01'-33' E, 2b6.8 feet to a point;
THENCE hest, 148.8 feet to a point;
THENCE North, 3U.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East, 2b9.3 feet to a point;
THENCE North, 30.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East, 170.2 feet to a point of curvature to the left with a radius of 190.0 ft

Harold Jones, Louis Bloodworth and Wm. L. Donnell, do hereby adopt this play designating
the hereinabove described property as Cottonwood Manor Nursing Home, an .Addition to the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas and We do hereby dedicate to the public use forever the
streets and easements shown thereon.
