THENCE N 220431 with East Line of US 277 Expressway, 239.4 feet to iron rod at SW corner Ramada Inn 5.6 acre tract
and NW corner of 2.9b acres as described in deed recorded at Vol 958 Page 579, of Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE East with North Line 2.98 acres, 566.3 feet to SE corner of Ramada Inn Tract, a point in drainage ditch and
which in iron rod bears West 15 feet;
THENCE S 003W E 189.7 feet to point in drainage ditch and North line of Maurine Street, from which an iron rod bears
S blo19,W 20 feet;
THENCE with curve to the right with radius of 681.25 feet for an arc distance of 204.0 feet to end of curve, an
iron rod in North line of Maurine Street;
THENCE S 89054tW with North Line of Maurine Street, 275.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.592 acres
of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly
authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains,
