Whereas the Garden's Edge Church of Christ is the Owner of a certain tract of
land situated in the David Welch Survey, Abstract 324, Wichita County, Texas, des-
cribed as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the center line of F.M. Highway No. 367, said point
being S. 85'-53' E, 278.0 feet from the intersection of the centerline of
Radio Lane with the center line of said Highway;
THENCE S. 850-53' E, with the center line of said Highway, 361.3 feet to a
point;
THENCE North 292.4 feet to a point;
THENCE West 360.0 teet to a point;
THENCE South, 265.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.32 acres.
Now therefore, know all men by these presents that We, C. W. Carsons, W. R.
Harmon and E. J. Smith, Jr., trustees for the Garden's Edge Church of Christ, do
hereby adopt this plat designating the hereinabove described property as Garden's
Edge Church of Christ and we do hereby dedicate to thepublic use forever the South
35 feet thereof which is presently contained in F. M. Highway No. 367 Right -of -Way.
