COUNTY OF WICHITA
Whereas I, Joe D, Turnbow, am the Owner of a certain tract of land situated
in the O H P Davis Survey, Abstract 65, Wichita County, Texas, described as
follows;
- - - BEGINNING at a point on the North line, N 88--55' W, 30.0 feet from
the Northeast corner of the O H P Davis Survsy, Abstract 65, Wichita
County, Texas, said point being on the West line of Taft Boulevard;
THENCE S, 00--17' W, with the West line of Taft Boulevard, 1280.E feet
to a point;
\ THENCE S. 86--52' W, 903.0 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 84'-41' W, 139.9 feet to a point on the East line of the
City of Wichita Falls Aqueduct Right -of -Way, said point being on a
curve to the left with a radius of 670.0 feet;
THENCE along said curve 94.8 feet to the point of tangency;
THENCE N. 05'-29' E, 1246.2 feet, to a point on the North line of said
O.H.P.. Davis Survey;
THENCE S. 88'-55' E. with the North line of seid Davis Survey, 912 6 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 29.409 acres of land,
Now therefore know all men by these presents that I, Joe D Turnbow do
adopt this plat designating the hereinabove described property as Brentwood
Estates, an Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and I do hereby
dedicate to the Public use forever the Streets: Alleys and Easements Stwwn
thereon.
Witness my hand at Wichita Falls, Texas, this the 9th day of May, A.D. 1963.
