BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the Northwest corner of Lot 7, Block 3, Omega Addition, as
recorded in Volume 10, Page 24, Wichita County Plat Records, said iron rod being in the East line
of Sally Lane for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 820 25' E with the South line of a 20 foot Alley, a distance of 62.0 feet to an iron rod
set at an angle point;
THENCE N 740 10' E 125.10 feet to an iron rod set at an angle point;
THENCE S 52° 55' E a distance of 24.1 feet to an iron rod set in the East line of a 20 foot Alley at
the Northeast corner of Lot 7;
THENCE South with the East line of Lots 7 and 6, a distance of 120.82 feet to a nail found at the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 890 59' W a distance of 201.06 feet to a spike found in the East line of Sally Circle for
the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the East line of Sally Circle a distance of 93.1 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.535 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and consideration therein expressed.
