Whereas we, D. C. Powell and Thomas Woods are the Owners of a certain tract
of land situated in Block 6, Ed F. Riley Subdivision No. 2 out of the West half
of the Northeast quarter of the J. A. Scott Survey No. 13, Abstract 303, Wichita
County, Texas, described as follows;
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Lot 16, Block 6, Ed. F. Riley Subd.
No. 2, said point being 668 feet South and 1775 feet West of the North-
east '.orner of J. A. Scott Survey No. 13, and also being on the West line
of Simons Road;
THENCE West 667 feet to a point;
THENCE South 619 feet to a point;
THENCE East 667 feet to a point;
THENCE North 619 feet to the place of beginning and containing 9.478 acres,
divided as follows D. C. Powell 9.169 acres and Thomas Woods 0.309 acres.
Now therefore know all men by these presents that we, D. C. Powell and
Thomas Woods, do hereby adopt this plat, designating the hereinabove
described property as Omega Addition, Section Two, an Addition to the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas, and do hereby dedicate to the public use forever the
streets, alleys, and easements shown thareon,
Witness our hands at Wichita Falls, Texas, this the 6th day of June, 1963,A.D.
