Whereas we, D. C. Powell and Leroy Giddings, are owners of a certain tract of
land out of Ed F. Riley Subdivision No. 2, out of the West half of the Northeast
quarter of J. A. Scott Survey No. 13, Abstract 303, Wichita County, Texas. Said
tract being described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 31, of Block 6 of said E. F. Riley
Subdivision No. 2, being also the Southwest corner of Lot 32 of said Subdivision
and being a point in the East Right -of -Way line of Reymolds Lane 668 feet South
and 2617 feet West from the Northeast Corner of said J. A. Scott Survey No. 13:
THENCE South 845.5 feet to a point;
THENCE East 421-0 feet to a point;
THENCE South 91.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East 30.0 feet to a point;
THENCE North 91.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East 246.0 feet to a point;
THENCE South 91.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East 145.0 feet to a point;
THENCE North 317.5 feet to a point;
THENCE West 667.0 feet to a point;
THENCE North 619.0 feet to a point;
THENCE West 175.0 feet to the place of beginning. Save and except that portion
of Hickory Street shown on this plat, which said Street was formerly dedicated as a
part of Ed F. Riley Subdivision No. 2.
The net area of this dedication being 18.776 acres.
Now therefore, know all men by these presents that we, D. C. Powell and Leroy
Giddings, do hereby adopt this plat, designating the hereinabove described property
as Omega Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and do hereby dedicate to the
public use forever of the Streets and Easements shown thereon.
Witness our hand at Wichita Falls, Texas, this the 6th day of
