the J. Goodwin Survey, A-83, Wichita County, Texas, more commonly
known as Lots I through 3, Block 1, Glenwood Park Addition, an
addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and

being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at an Iron rod being the point of intersection of the
South right-of-way line of Rosemary Drive and the West right-of-way
line of Ridgeway Drive, said Iron rod being the Northeast corner of
the above said Lot I, Block 1, Glenwood Park Addition and the
Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 01' Alt East 100.70 feet along said West right-of-
way line of Rosemary Drive to an Iron rod for the Southeast corner of
this tract;
Thence West 350.00 feet to an iron rod for the Southwest corner
of this tract;
Thence North 33' 44f West 148.09 feet to an Iron rod lying in
the South right-of-way line of Rosemary Drive for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
Thence along said South right-of-way line of Rosemary Drive and
along a 39' lit 25-1 curve to the left whose radius is 100.00 feet d
distance of 68.40 feet to an iron rod for a point of tangency;
Thence continuing along the South right-of-way line of Rosemary
Drive East 201.60 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.749
acre, more or less. .
