I have spoken with Dennis Probst and re -looked at the Belair Addition, Lots 11-A & 11-B. Blk 4 as being vacated back into a single lot. Oncor will not require the additional easement originally requested along the east property line, also being the west right-of-way line of Fairway Blvd. due to location of existing utilities. However, I did inform Dennis that I can't guaranty that additional easements may not be required on future plat vacations due to certain circumstances. As noted above Oncor will accept the plat vacation as submitted by Corlett Probst and Boyd so that this plat can be approved by City Planning. Thank you, Gordon L. This basically means that the vacation would simply "vacate" the existing plat for the original one parcel plat, with no change. If you require that a ten foot utility easement is necessary then a plat would be required and the owner would need to consent to this change in instrument. Easements are recorded.
