PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
July 17, 2001
Dear Property Owner
The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Aug. 8, 2001, at
2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Memorial Auditorium, 1300 7th Street, Wichita
Falls, Texas to consider the following:
Proposal to replat Belair Addition Unit Four, Lots 25 and 26, Block 21, an addition to
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, into Lots 25-A, 25-B and 25-C, Block 21. When this
plat is filed, three lots will exist where there previously were two. The addresses of the
affected properties are: 4922, & 4920 Del Rio Trail.
State law requires that this notice be sent to adjacent property owners of the area
proposed to be replatted.
A copy of Section 212.015 (c) of the Local Government Code as amended, is attached
for your information, as well as a map showing the parcel.
In order to have your opinion recorded, please mail or fax (940-761-7461) us your
"Reply Form" before Aug. 3, 2001. You are welcome to attend this public hearing. If
you have any questions, please call the Planning Department at 940/761-7451.
