city of Wichita Falls, Taxes, out of the Denton County School Land, League 1, Block 9, Wichita
County, Texas, and being more specifically described by mete, and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point of intersection of the South right-of-way line of Bel -Air Boulevard
and the West right-of-way line of Fairway Boulevard, said point bears South 000 03' East 1556.7
feet and South 890 57' West 49. 21 feet from the Northeast corner of the above mentioned Denton

Thence leaving said North right-of-way line and along said East right-of-way line of
Existing Texas Hwy Dept. Drng. Esm•t., North 000 17' East 433.72 feet to a point in an 8.104
degree curve for the Intersection of said East right -of -way line of Easement and the above
mentioned South right-of-way line of Bel -Air Boulevard for the Northwest corner of this tract;
