FIELD NOTES
A tract of land out of Block 9, Denton County School Lands, League I, A-56, Wichita County,
Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod in the South right-of-way line of Belair Boulevard, a dedicated
Street, said iron rod bears South 380 51' 00" West 20.00 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot 16,
Block 7, Belair Addition, Unit Three, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, said iron
rod 'being an angle point in the West line of a 20.00 foot wide dedicated Alley and the Place of
Beqinning of this description;
Thence along the West line of said Alley and the West line of said Unit Three as follows;
South 430 141 00" East 118.07 feet to a 1/2" iron rod for corner;
South 210 01' 00" East I10.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod in a curve of the North right -of -way
line of Kell Freeway, a dedicated Street, for the Southeast corner of this tract, the
bearing of the tangent to the curve at said iron rod bears North 680 581 52" East;
Thence in a Westerly direction along said curve of the North right-of-way line of Kell Freeway,
said curve being a 0.467 degree curve to the right, having a radius of 122611.667 feet and a central
anqle of 040 30' 33", a distance of 965.25 feet to a 1/2" iron rod in said curve for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said North right-of-wav line of Kell Freeway, North 140 101 00" West 295.68 feet
to a 1/2" iron rod in the South line of a 20.00 foot wide dedicated Alley and the South line of
Belair Addition, Unit Five, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
-hence along the South line of said Unit Five and the West line of said Unit Three and along
the South and West lines of said Alleys as follows:
South 890 101 31" East 136.31 feet to a 1/2" iron rod in the West right-of-way line of
Stonegate Drive, a dedicated Street, for corner;
North 750 50' 00" East 50.00 feet to a 1/2" iron rod in the East right-of-way line of
said Stonegate Drive for corner;
North 690 31' 41" East 130.79 feet to a 1/2" iron rod for corner;
